Role Overview

Kawtheron is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who understands that growth is not ads-it is systems, funnels, and psychology.

You will be responsible for translating approved strategies into market traction across multiple channels.

Growth strategy & experimentation roadmap
Acquisition, activation, retention & monetization (AARRR)
Paid media strategy (Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn)
SEO & content growth
Conversion rate optimization (CRO)

Responsibilities

  • Execute growth strategies aligned with business and brand objectives
  • Design and optimize full customer acquisition funnels
  • Manage and scale campaigns across paid, organic, and partnership channels
  • Continuously test, learn, and optimize performance

Must Have

  • Valid Kawtheron Certificate (non-negotiable)
  • Proven experience in growth or performance marketing
  • Strong understanding of funnels, conversion, and customer behavior
  • Ability to work closely with strategy and data teams

Nice to have

  • Thinks in experiments and systems
  • Outcome-oriented, not activity-driven
  • Comfortable being accountable for results
