Role Overview

We are hiring a Marketing Technology & Data Lead to ensure all strategies are measurable, data-driven, and AI-enabled. This role bridges marketing strategy with technology, analytics, and automation.

Responsibilities

  • Design and manage marketing dashboards (CAC, LTV, ROAS, funnel performance)
  • Lead CRM, ERP, and marketing automation integrations
  • Implement AI-driven analytics and reporting workflows
  • Translate data into strategic insights for leadership and clients

Must Have

  • Valid Kawtheron Certificate (non-negotiable)
  • Strong background in marketing analytics, martech, or BI
  • Experience with CRM systems, dashboards, and attribution models
  • Ability to explain data clearly to non-technical stakeholders

Nice to have

  • Data-driven, not tool-driven
  • Focused on decisions, not reports
  • Comfortable working in fast-moving strategic environments
