Role Overview

Kawtheron is seeking a Strategy & Intelligence Lead to work directly with senior leadership on high-impact business development and marketing strategy projects. This role is not advisory-only; it is execution-driven and outcome-oriented.

You will be responsible for transforming strategic vision into structured, defensible, and actionable frameworks used across real client engagements.

Strategic planning & long-term vision
Business model analysis
Competitive strategy development
Market entry & growth strategy
Scenario planning & forecasting

Responsibilities

  • Lead market research, competitive intelligence, and opportunity sizing
  • Develop business development and marketing strategies (STP, GTM, Ansoff, Porter, VRIO)
  • Convert insights into clear strategic narratives and decision-ready decks
  • Support client strategy sessions and internal strategic reviews

Must Have

  • Valid Kawtheron Certificate (non-negotiable)
  • Proven experience in strategy, consulting, or business development
  • Strong analytical and strategic structuring skills
  • High proficiency in PowerPoint and strategic storytelling

Nice to have

  • Thinks in frameworks, not opinions
  • Comfortable working with senior decision-makers
  • Execution-focused, not theoretical
